Description

The Keyboard Wrist Rest & Mouse Pad Set cushions the heel of your palm in a neutral position, easing the strain that builds up from hours of typing and clicking.

Matched heights keep both hands supported at the same level, and the smooth glide surface lets your mouse move freely without catching or friction.

Ideal for: office work, creative projects, gaming, and everyday computer use.

Material: memory foam with a smooth glide fabric cover.

How to use
Place the keyboard rest directly in front of your keyboard and the mouse pad rest beside it, then rest the heels of your palms — not your wrists — on the padding while you type or click. Keep your forearms roughly level with the desk rather than angled up or down. If you notice yourself pressing hard into the pad, raise your chair slightly so your arms can float just above it instead of leaning on it.
Shipping process

Free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days with tracking, and every order is backed by 30-day returns.

Where It Supports You

Designed around how your hands actually work

  • 1

    Wrist

Padding keeps your wrist in a neutral, unbent position instead of cocked upward at the keyboard.

  • 2

    Palm heel

Support sits under the heel of your palm, not your wrist joint, which is the safer contact point.

  • 3

    Forearm angle

A level resting surface helps keep your forearm roughly parallel to the desk.

Worth Considering

What wrist strain costs before it's fixed

A wrist rest set is inexpensive next to what people spend once RSI actually sets in.

A physical therapy session for RSI ~$120
An occupational therapist consult ~$180
A store-bought wrist brace ~$25
Best value Keyboard Wrist Rest & Mouse Pad One-time cost, yours for good $19.99

Good to Know

Questions, answered

Do the keyboard and mouse pads sit at the same height?
Yes — they're a matched set specifically so both wrists rest at the same level, unlike mixing separately-bought pads that often don't match.
Will it fit my keyboard?
The keyboard rest is 17in x 3in, which fits in front of most full-size and compact keyboards. The mouse pad rest is a separate 8in x 8in piece you can position anywhere on your mousing side.
How firm is the padding?
It's a supportive memory foam, soft enough to be comfortable resting your palms on for hours but firm enough that it doesn't compress flat within weeks like thinner foam pads.
How do I clean it?
Wipe both pads clean with a damp cloth — the fabric cover is glide-smooth and not designed for machine washing.
What if my wrists still feel strained after using it?
Try raising your chair slightly so your forearms float just above the pad instead of pressing into it — and if it's still not right for you, you're covered by our 30-day return window.
